2300 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and the 2300 platform ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 2300 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using this platform. 2300 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes means you accept the updated Terms.

This platform is intended for users aged 18 and above. By using the platform, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 2300 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account suspension and the forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the 2300 support team immediately.
• 2300 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the security of accounts and transactions.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users agree to use the 2300 platform lawfully and responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account suspension:

• Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to exploit the platform.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security systems.
• Using funds from illegal activities to make deposits or conduct transactions on the platform.
• Making false or fraudulent claims of any kind, including bonus claims or chargebacks.
• Registering or using the platform from regions that have been restricted by 2300.

2300 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Payments, Deposits & MYR Transactions

All financial transactions on the 2300 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are legitimate and obtained through lawful means.

• Deposit: Deposits made to a 2300 account are final once confirmed. Users must ensure that recipient details are correct before confirming any transaction.
• Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and the fulfilment of any active rollover requirements. 2300 reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving a withdrawal.
• Bonus: All bonus offers are subject to the rollover requirements stated at the time of activation. Bonuses obtained through fraud or misuse will be voided.
• Transaction Disputes: Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

2300 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment information submitted by users during the payment process.

Liability Limits & Account Policy

The 2300 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or downtime. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Account Suspension: 2300 reserves the right to immediately suspend a user's account for the following reasons: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, unauthorised chargebacks, or at the request of legal authorities.

Account Closure: Users may request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to the applicable terms. Closed accounts cannot be reopened without specific approval from 2300 management.

In no event shall 2300's total liability to a user exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property: All content on the 2300 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of 2300 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 2300.

Third-Party Links: The 2300 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 2300 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to such sites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms: 2300 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
